1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ink Closers website (the "Site") and any services, consultations, or engagements offered by Ink Closers ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or submitting an application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are
Ink Closers is a private marketing agency serving tattoo artists and studios. We provide paid advertising management, CRM setup, and automation services under separate written engagement agreements with each client.
3. No Income, Earnings, or Results Guarantees
Nothing on this Site — including any testimonials, case references, screenshots, ROAS figures, or descriptions of prior work — constitutes a promise, guarantee, or representation of any specific income, revenue, bookings, client volume, or business outcome you will achieve. We do not make income claims. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, portfolio, offer, response time, and effort. Any figures shown are illustrative examples of past work and are not typical, projected, or guaranteed for any prospective client.
4. Applications and Eligibility
The Site allows you to submit an application to be considered as a client. Submitting an application does not create a client relationship or any obligation on our part to accept you as a client. We reserve the right to decline any application in our sole discretion. You represent that all information you submit is true, accurate, and your own, and that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
5. Fees and Services
Any services we provide, along with fees, deliverables, and terms, will be defined in a separate written agreement. This Site does not constitute an offer to contract. Third party costs (such as ad spend paid to Meta or subscriptions such as GoHighLevel) are your responsibility and are not included in our service fees unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and other content, is owned by Ink Closers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
7. Third-Party Platforms
We reference and use third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and GoHighLevel. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms. Their trademarks and platforms remain the property of their respective owners, and your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site to submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Site's operation, transmit malware, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ink Closers and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ink Closers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
